Getting Started

True Launch is a streamlined website package offering built by the team behind True Productions. It’s for small businesses and startups who need a professional WordPress site without a big custom agency process—clear scope, flat-rate pricing, and fast turnaround.

 

True Launch is ideal if you:

  • need a clean, professional website quickly

  • started on Wix/Squarespace and got stuck

  • want WordPress but don’t want to learn WordPress

  • want a simple package instead of a custom proposal

If you need complex functionality, advanced integrations, or a fully custom build, we’ll recommend a True Productions engagement instead.

 

Here’s the quick guide:

  • Essential Launch is for getting online fast with the must-haves done right.

  • Strategic Launch is for businesses that want the essentials plus two upgrades (like booking, blog, keyword SEO, etc.).

  • Growth Launch is for businesses that want a stronger launch plus four upgrades—more marketing functionality, more polish, and fewer “we’ll add that later” gaps.

If you’re unsure, we’ll recommend the best fit based on your goals.

Yes. Many clients prefer split payments. If you want a payment plan, let us know when you reach out and we’ll confirm the options available for your package.

Timeline & Process

Most sites launch in 1–3 weeks, depending on:

  • how quickly you provide content

  • how many upgrades you choose

  • how quickly you review and approve

Typical ranges for the process:

  • Essential Launch: ~7–14 days

  • Strategic Launch: ~10–21 days

  • Growth Launch: ~14–30 days

If you have a hard deadline, tell us up front—we’ll do our best to accommodate.

We keep it simple. You’ll provide:

  • your business name + logo (if you have one)

  • your contact info and services/products

  • any existing copy (rough drafts are fine)

  • photos (or we can help select stock)

  • links you want included (social, booking, reviews, etc.)

We’ll send a checklist so you’re never guessing.

That’s normal. You can:

  • send rough drafts and we’ll structure the page layout, or

  • launch with “good enough” content and refine later, or

  • choose an upgrade like AI copy/optimization if you want help tightening messaging.

The fastest projects are the ones where content arrives quickly—but we’ll guide you either way.

Your package includes a structured review stage. The goal is to keep changes focused and efficient:

  • correcting wording/typos

  • swapping images

  • minor layout adjustments

  • making sure everything is accurate and clickable

Large structural changes, new sections, or major content rewrites may be handled as add-ons.

  • Elementor (Theme) license

  • on-page SEO basics (titles, meta, headings, structure)

  • SSL/security basics

  • GA4 analytics setup

  • training videos so you can make updates

It means your homepage is built with a clear structure that guides visitors to take action. Typical elements include:

  • a clear headline that says what you do

  • strong call-to-action buttons

  • trust builders (testimonials, badges, stats, reviews)

  • easy-to-scan service highlights

  • a clean contact/booking prompt

It’s not just “pretty”—it’s designed to help turn visits into leads.

Hosting is typically separate, because it gives you flexibility and keeps your ongoing costs transparent. We have three different hosting plans available, depending on the amount of traffic your site receives and how much support you’d like from our team. Plans start at $17/month. 

If you choose the “Purchase custom domain name for you” upgrade, we will help you purchase and connect it. If you already own a domain, we’ll help you point it to your new site.

Email services (Google Workspace or Microsoft 365) are separate from your website. If you choose the Email business setup upgrade, we’ll help you get the right setup and make sure everything is connected properly.

True Launch is designed for basic websites without the complexities of an online storefront. If you need assistance getting your e-commerce store online, we will either build a custom quote for you or, if you need a complex store (subscriptions, advanced shipping rules, lots of products, CRM integration, custom functionality) we’ll route you to a True Productions build. 

Either way, we’ve got you covered.

SEO & Analytics

Yes—foundational SEO is included in Essential Launch:

  • proper page titles and meta descriptions (basics)

  • clean heading structure

  • best-practice site structure

If you want more targeted SEO work, choose the “SEO optimization for selected keyword/phrase” upgrade (Strategic/Growth) to focus your site around one specific search intent.

This upgrade typically includes:

  • selecting a target keyword/phrase (with your input)

  • optimizing one core page around that term (usually Home or Services)

  • improving headings, page title/meta, and on-page content structure

  • ensuring internal sections support that keyword intent

This is not a full ongoing SEO campaign—it’s a focused boost to help your site start strong

Yes—GA4 setup is included. If you need advanced tracking (Tag Manager, events, conversions), we can scope that separately.

Strategic & Growth Upgrades

Strategic Launch includes your choice of 2 upgrades from the Launch Boost Menu.

Growth Launch includes your choice of 4 upgrades.

Once you purchase a package, we’ll confirm your selections and recommend the best picks if you’re unsure.

The most common upgrade picks are:

  • Booking integration (makes it easier for prospects to take action)

  • SEO optimization for a keyword/phrase (helps with organic visibility)

  • Add (1) additional page (services/FAQ/about)

  • AI copy/optimization (tightens messaging and CTAs)

  • Blog + first post (helps with content + authority)

Yes. Many clients start with Essential or Strategic and add upgrades over time. We’ll keep your site flexible so growth doesn’t require a rebuild.

Design, Ownership, and Maintenance

Yes. True Launch sites are built so you can update text and images without needing a developer. We also provide training videos so you can confidently manage simple edits.

Yes. You own your website and your content. You’re not locked into a proprietary builder platform.

(Depending on your setup, some premium plugins/themes may require ongoing licenses—your Elementor Theme license is included as listed in your package.)

Yes. If you want us to handle updates, backups, and small edits, we can set you up with a monthly support plan. If you prefer to manage it yourself, we’ll give you training and best practices.

Transferring From Other Platforms

We can absolutely help. To get your site back on track, we rebuild your site in WordPress (cleaner, faster, easier to grow), using your existing content and brand direction as a starting point. That approach typically produces a better end result than trying to “transfer” everything automatically.

No. You can keep your domain. We’ll help you point it to the new WordPress site when you’re ready to launch.

Bigger Projects

True Launch is designed for fast, affordable builds. Things that may require a custom quote include:

  • complex eCommerce rules or large catalogs

  • custom coded functionality

  • advanced membership systems

  • deep CRM/automation builds

  • custom app integrations

  • extensive copywriting and brand strategy

If your project needs those, we’ll tell you upfront and recommend either add-ons or a True Productions custom build.

If you’re looking for a custom design system, deeper strategy, advanced integrations, or a bigger build, you may be a better fit for True Productions. True Launch is the streamlined option; True Productions is the full custom agency path.
